This research was conducted with the aim of assessing the feasibility of establishing a dedicated customs warehouse and its impact on the efficiency of manufacturing and project companies. This research was applied in terms of its purpose and exploratory-survey research in terms of its nature. The statistical population of this study consisted of two qualitative and quantitative parts,which included customs managers, managers of manufacturing companies, logistics experts, and customs warehousemen. The qualitative sample size was 12 people and the quantitative sample size was 50 experts. The analysis method in the qualitative part was the theme analysis method and in the quantitative part was the analytic hierarchy process method for ranking known factors. The results in the qualitative section identified 5 main factors (compliance with customs laws and regulations, business environment, establishment and management of dedicated warehouse, characteristics of dedicated warehouse, risk and sustainability) and identified 15 sub-themes (legal requirements and regulations, changes in customs laws and regulations, inspection and reporting, economic and political conditions, conditions and requirements for establishing dedicated warehouse, geographical location, attention to security and safety issues, international standards, type of goods and storage conditions, type of production activity and specific production needs, volume and value of imports and exports, technology and automation, human resources and training, risk management, sustainability and social responsibility). Also, the results of the ranking of the main themes showed that the business environment ranked first, characteristics of dedicated warehouse ranked second, establishment and management of dedicated warehouse ranked third, compliance with customs laws and regulations ranked fourth, and risk and sustainability ranked fifth.
