Accordingly, conducting rigorous legal inquiries and identifying the constitutive elements of an optimal FinTech regulatory model—drawing upon the successful practices of leading jurisdictions—carries substantial scholarly and practical significance. This study aims to identify the dimensions and constituent components of an optimal FinTech regulatory framework through studying of the legal regimes of China and the United States, both recognized as frontrunners in this domain. The principal research question is: What are the constituent components of an optimal FinTech regulatory model., informed by the regulatory approaches of China and the United States? In terms of orientation, this research is applied in nature and adopts an inductive methodological approach. Thematic analysis, a qualitative analytical method, is employed for data processing. The findings of this study offer practical implications of considerable utility for FinTech regulatory authorities in Iran.
