The concept of "place of service" is one of the common terms in administrative law, which is addressed directly or indirectly in the employment laws and regulations under this title or titles such as: geographic location of service, workplace, and geographic location of service, etc. Or its effects can be seen on other legal provisions. However, there is no specific legal definition of the term "place of service”, and the legislator has interfered with the effects and results of this term in other terms and legal rulings rather than trying to define the meaning of this term. Based on this, at the point of implementation, the procedures are different and even scattered, and the result is exposed to the creation of a correct administrative system. On the other hand, "place" is considered a geographical concept, the intersection of which with the term "service" forms a mixture of geography and rights and their meaningful connection in this wide. In this article, which was compiled with a descriptive-analytical method, an attempt is made to present a geographical analysis of the concept of "place of service" and its effects on Iran's administrative law and the relations arising from it. The findings of the research show that the absence of a clear definition of the term "place of service" in the laws, while creating chaos in the executive procedures, has created effects that violate the rights of employees and interfere with the establishment of a correct administrative system.
