The need to create and develop policies is more important than ever and this is due to a number of factors, the main ones being:

1. the special circumstances that exist within a political system based on religious ideologies
2. the requirements of the contemporary world we live in
3. the inevitable contradictions that exist in worldly matters and affairs of the hereafter
4. the rule of reason
5. the fact that, theoretically, the management of the country’s systems are to be based on knowledge and the continuous assessment of events.

Therefore, just the notion that some of the decisions made are not based on any research or the outcomes of existing conditions, is highly irritating. Such decision-making methods show a clear disregard for the national interests of an ideal nation, which is forever present and constantly promoting its goals and vision. Thus, having awareness of the surrounding community and environment is an essential requirement for the country’s political system to function efficiently and is considered to be an undisputed reality.

As a result, the Parliament and Strategy Quarterly Journal, pursues current affairs within this context and relies on this thought process. This Journal strives to study the necessary mechanisms required to manage various national systems, and then evaluate and promote any results found by publishing these strategies in articles in the current journal.

We aim to transform these articles into valuable sources and experiences in which the positive effects of the meticulous study of current affairs and reflection on them is distinctly visible.

Our goal is to present a mirror, which reflects the diversity of the findings obtained from researching and studying the national and international issues the country faces. The more hard work and effort our researchers put in, the more these issues are unveiled and discussed.
