Abstract

"Law" is a purposeful identity and its purpose is to guarantee individual rights and provide public good. Now, if the norms and legal systems disturb regulation of relation, what should we do!?

The central idea of this article is based on the fact that the most important function of Law is "regulation"; Now, if the legislation not only did not lead to a favorable provision of social relations, but also caused a communication disorder; This normative system is inefficient and requires revision, and as a result, it is suggested to removal or reduction of laws or other demands of governmental control in order to promote the unity of the nation.

The purpose of this paper is to provide a brief overview of sociological approach to legal regulations in Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) therefore this paper indicate that the evolution of a social institution can make changes in other social institutions which implies that there is a significant relationship between the evolution of social institutions and the formation of the rule of law.

This article is a library study in terms of data collection method, and descriptive-explanatory-prescriptive in terms of research method.
