Abstract

Abstract: digital drugs; There are audio files that create pulses with different auditory frequency differences for each ear and an approach known as the third wave of sedation. These narcotics only put the used nerve powers under their influence and by imitating the nature and function of the nerve conduction waves, they cause nervous dependence and relapse of addiction in the user. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-analytical method, which was collected based on library studies and data collection and these results were obtained: these drugs, while stimulating the reward circuit of the brain; Excitement and false experience simulate other narcotic substances in the nervous powers used, but due to their non-material nature; Not only does it deviate from the material and tangible criteria of the legislator for the purpose of criminal forgery, but it is also not included in the form of material behaviors of injecting, smoking, swallowing and inhaling narcotics, and due to the huge difference in description and different nature; It is not possible to implement and determine the current punishments on them. Therefore, it seems that, materially, this type of newly emerging phenomenon is deterred by the will of the criminal legislature and its tendency is not punishable and punishable. In general, Iran's criminal policies are incomplete and sterile regarding the inclusion of examples and the status of digital narcotics
