Abstract
The aim of the present study is to investigate the factors affecting the sustainable development government through good governance in Iran. By applying a systematic review approach and qualitative meta-synthesis and open, axial and selective coding with Max QD (2020) software, the results and findings of previous researchers were analyzed and by performing the seven steps of the Sandelowski and Barroso method, a conceptual model of the factors affecting the sustainable development government through good governance in Iran was extracted.The statistical population in the qualitative part of the study was scientific and executive experts on the subject of governance for conducting interviews. The sample of the qualitative part was 14 experts. Purposive sampling was used.The components were extracted from qualitative analysis.In the quantitative part of the study, 384 researcher-made questionnaires based on the research paradigm model were randomly distributed and collected among a selected sample of employees and governance managers.In the qualitative part of the research, the most important components of the model include the rejuvenation of the government, the creation of hardware and software infrastructure, the creation of international competitive advantage, the penetration of international markets, human factors, and organizational factors.In the quantitative part of the research, the results showed that the relationships between the variables of the extracted model were statistically significant and the developed model had an acceptable degree of fit and validity.The fuzzy DEMATEL technique was also used to examine the relationships between the model components.
