According to Principle (29) of Islamic Republic of Iran Constitution, social security is the state’s functions and all classes of the society enjoy equal rights of social security services. Health is one of the basic needs and rights of human societies. To meet this need has had a lot of changes throughout history and every civilization has a different look to it. Currently, providing health services is one of the fundamental obligations of social security system of countries. <br />            In this article, we are going to explain the health services system in each insurance organization and how the coverage of each groups and classes and how to finance to provide the health services. Also, the governing principles the health services system and its conformity with the Iranian health services, whether the principles have been observed or not discussed. It should be noted that the purpose of social security in this paper is not social security fund, but social security is a major consideration, because today the first category of social security system support the health insurance and the second, basic health insurance and the third, complementary health insurance are reviewed. <em>براساس اصل (29) قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، تأمین اجتماعی از وظایف دولت بوده و همه اقشار جامعه برای دریافت خدمات تأمین اجتماعی از حقوق مساوی برخوردارند.</em><em> برآورده شدن این نیاز در گذر تاریخ دچار دگرگونی‌های زیادی شده و هر تمدنی نگاه متفاوتی به آن داشته است. در حال حاضر ارائه خدمات درمانی یکی از تعهدات اساسی نظام تأمین اجتماعی کشورهاست.</em> <br /><em>         در این مقاله درصددیم تا به تبیین نظام خدمات درمانی کشور در هر‌یک از سازمان‌های بیمه‌گر و چگونگی پوشش هر‌یک از اقشار و گروه‌ها و چگونگی تأمین منابع مالی برای ارائه خدمات درمانی بپردازیم. همچنین اصول حاکم بر نظام خدمات درمانی و انطباق آن با خدمات درمانی کشور و اینکه آیا اصول حاکم در نظام خدمات درمانی رعایت شده است یا خیر بررسی می‌شود. لازم به ذکر است منظور از تأمین اجتماعی در این مقاله صندوق تأمین اجتماعی نیست، بلکه تأمین اجتماعی به شکل کلان مدنظر است؛ زیرا امروزه در لایه اول نظام تأمین اجتماعی، جنبه حمایتی و در لایه دوم بیمه‌های پایه و در لایه سوم جنبه تکمیلی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد.</em> https://nashr.majles.ir/article_47_67c6a1e7ce56d3d6fa748ab6d9af3fd7.pdf
