These food groups all had a high coefficient of importance in the household food basket in the period from 2006 to 2017. The Compensatory Variation (CV) index was used to assess welfare losses among these households. To estimate the welfare losses due to price changes, the country's provinces were divided into two groups with high and low urbanization ratios. The calculation of the CV index also showed that households faced a decrease in welfare with the increase in food prices and suffered financial losses. Also, based on their levels of urbanization, the existence of a one-to-one relationship between inflation and welfare loss in both groups of provinces was confirmed. This was such that, welfare losses due to a one percent increase in inflation required double the compensation and a five-fold increase in the incomes of households living in provinces with both high and low urbanization rates. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی تأثیر افزایش قیمت مواد غذایی بر رفاه خانوارهای شهری در ایران با استفاده از سیستم تقاضای تقریباً ایدئال بر‌مبنای روش داده‌های پنلی و استخراج کشش‌های قیمتی و درآمدی در پنج گروه غذایی (نان و غلات، گوشت، لبنیات و تخم مرغ، میوه‌ها و خشکبار، انواع سبزی و حبوبات) است که ضریب اهمیت بالایی در سبد غذایی خانوار در دوره زمانی 1396-1385 دارد. همچنین در جهت ارزیابی زیان رفاهی در میان این خانوارها از معیار تغییرات جبرانی استفاده شد. برای محاسبه زیان رفاهی ناشی از تغییرات قیمت از معیار سالو و همچنین تفکیک استان‌های کشور به دو گروه نسبت شهرنشینی بالا و پایین استفاده شد. محاسبه معیار تغییر جبرانی نشان داد که خانوارها در نتیجه افزایش قیمت مواد غذایی با کاهش رفاه مواجه شده و متحمل زیان شده‌اند. همچنین نتایج رابطه یک به یکی بین تورم و معیار محاسباتیِ زیان رفاهی در هر دو گروه از استان‌های کشور بر‌اساس میزان شهرنشینی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت، به‌نحوی‌که پوشش زیان رفاهی ناشی از افزایشی 1 ‌درصدی در تورم، نیازمند جبرانی دو‌برابر و پنج‌برابری در درآمد خانوارهای ساکن در استان‌های دارای نسبت شهرنشینی بالا و پایین است. https://nashr.majles.ir/article_433_019d385eb67632a7e958e23f24bd07d7.pdf
