The Central Bank always supports the industry technologyassumption in order to avoid emergence of negative elements, thechallenges facing their removal and re-balancing of the SIOT. On thecontrary, Iran Statistical Center was initially in support of the sametechnology assumption, while in 2001 it placed the phrase” mainlycommodity technology assumption with some adjustment based on themixed technology assumption” as the basis for calculation of itssymmetric table.Findings of the paper indicate that different interpretations oftechnology assumption and modifications conducted by such instituteslead to different policy implications on the priority of sectoralinvestment. Also adjustment made by the SCI is more considerablethan that of the CB. This same issue has not only led to notabledifferences in the incremental coefficients of goods production, butalso has changed investment priority among commodity groups. جدول داده ـ ستانده متقارن در ایران توسط بانک مرکزی و مرکز آمار محاسبه می‌شود. بانک مرکزی به‌منظور جلوگیری از ظهور درایه منفی، پیچیدگی حذف آنها و همچنین برقراری تراز مجدد جدول، همواره از فرض تکنولوژی بخش طرفداری می‌کند. درحالی‌که مرکز آمار ایران، ابتدا از فرض تکنولوژی بخش طرفداری کرده، اما پس از آن، عبارت «عمدتاً فرض تکنولوژی کالا با انجام تعدیلاتی براساس فرض تکنولوژی مختلط» را مبنای محاسبه جدول متقارن خود قرار داده است. یافته‌های مقاله حاضر حاکی از آن است که برداشت‌های متفاوت از فرض تکنولوژی و تعدیلات انجام شده توسط این نهادها موجب متفاوت شدن توصیه‌های سیاستی سرمایه‌گذاری می‌شود. همچنین تعدیلات انجام شده توسط مرکز آمار ایران، قابل ملاحظه‌تر از تعدیلات بانک مرکزی است و همین موضوع سبب شده است تا علاوه‌بر به‌وجود آمدن تفاوت‌های قابل ملاحظه میان ضرایب فزاینده تولید کالا، اولویت‌بندی سرمایه‌گذاری میان گروه‌های کالایی نیز تغییر یابد https://nashr.majles.ir/article_10_d3d9446802a44259755d38e6d163e820.pdf
